Creatine Plus Phase 1 & 2

With Creatine Plus Phase 1 & 2, you get a loading phase with 800mg creatine monohydrate capsules while the maintenance phase has 650mg creatine with 150mg chitosan. Phase 1: For the first five days, take five capsules five times per day with water (25 capsules total). On training days, take five capsules: one hour before training and then five capsules after. Take the other 15 capsules spread out evenly during the day. Phase 2: Take four capsules per day with water.
