B'Essential Breast Care Oil

After cleansing or showering, whilst your skin is still moist, apply a couple of drops of the breast care oil to your hands, rub your hands to activate the aroma and inhale deeply. Then, massage your breasts in a circular motion covering your entire breasts to become familiar with how they feel, activate your lymphatic drainage system and notice any changes with regular breast care checks.


Follow a pattern to ensure you cover the whole breast. It might be useful to start at the nipple, and move in wider and wider circles until you reach the outer edge. Make this ritual as calming and relaxing as possible, and inhale the woody scents to indulge in this time for you.
