Line lips with the included lip liner, then fill in with the matte liquid lipstick. Allow a few seconds to dry for a matte finish.

Lipstick: Isododecane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Dimethicone, and pigments.
Lip Liner: Synthetic Wax, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, and pigments.
