1. Ensure skin is clean, exfoliated, and free of moisturizers.
2. Shake can well before use.
3. Hold the can about 15cm from the skin and spray evenly.
4. Use a tanning mitt to blend for even coverage.
5. Allow skin to dry for at least 6 hours before rinsing off.
