The Reserve Matcha is of the highest ceremonial grade, sourced from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, and harvested exclusively in spring to ensure exceptional flavor and quality. Rich in antioxidants, this matcha supports overall health and well-being. The bamboo whisk allows for thorough mixing, creating a smooth and frothy consistency, while the ceramic chawan facilitates proper preparation and enhances the ceremonial aspect of matcha consumption.

To prepare, add 1 gram of matcha powder to the ceramic chawan. Pour in 60 milliliters of water heated to 80ºC. Using the bamboo whisk, mix vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and a delicate layer of foam forms on the surface. For a traditional matcha tea, add an additional 190 milliliters of water; for a matcha latte, add 190 milliliters of your preferred milk, such as oat, almond, soy, rice, or dairy. Sweeten to taste if desired.
