1. Measure the Matcha: Use the provided measuring spoon to scoop 1 gram of matcha powder into a bowl.?

2. Add Water: Pour approximately 60 ml of water heated to 80ºC (176ºF) into the bowl with the matcha powder.?

3. Whisk: Utilize the bamboo whisk to mix the matcha and water vigorously in a zigzag motion until the powder is fully dissolved and a light froth forms on the surface.?

4. Serve: For a traditional matcha tea, add an additional 190 ml of hot water. Alternatively, for a matcha latte, add 190 ml of your preferred milk, such as oat, almond, soy, rice, or dairy milk.
